This Agreement between you as a “client” and us as a “provider” .By accepting this agreement, you agree to all of our terms and conditions of services as well as Fees and Charges. To open a new account we need your name and address, we protect your information. Your information is never shared with any one or 3rd party company. Account is open instantly; however it may take up to 48 hours for additional review. You will receive account information within 48 hours or we will refund you if we decide not to open your account. If we accept to open your account and your card information sent, all set up fees are non refundable. We do not refund a setup or one time card fees. Reloading fees is non refundable. Applying for virtual visa card does not required your ID, however we may ask a copy of your valid ID if you request ATM card. You agree to pay our fees according to the following table. Card fees for non AVS is $29.9 and the balance is $0.You need to reload the card for use. $0-$5 reload fees $1.9 $6-$10 reload fees $2.9 $11-$20 reload fees $4.9 $21-$50 reload fees $9.9 $51-$100 reload fee $19.9 $101-$150 reload fees $29.9 $151-$200 reload fees $39.9 The reload is not instant; any reload is apply within 2-3 days, load by Liberty reserve may takes 1-2 days only. We may reject any reload according to or risk review. All new accounts are limited to be reloaded by $50 and one reload per day to a max of $500/month; you may increase this limit by following steps listed in your member area. You may close your account and get back your balance at any time; you receive funds after 30 days of closing your account. US cards support AVS: Card fees for AVS support is $15.9 and the balance is $2. The card is non reloadable and valid for 30 days. ATM card: You can request ATM cards free, you have to be a member for 45 days to request ATM card, each ATM card request subject to review, ATM card is free we do not charge fees however there is activation fees, this fees depend on your country. Cancellation and Suspension; Limits. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit your use of the account, including limiting your use of the Card at ATMs. We may refuse to issue a card, card privileges or cancel your account/card with or without cause or notice, other than as required by applicable law. Verocard does not guarantee that your card will be accepted by %100 of web stores, each gateway and processor has its own factor and fraud protection to accept visa and master card, your card may be declined by some of processors such as US processor that requires cards to support AVS. Each name or email allowed to open one account, if you decide to open additional account, you have to contact us first. Inactive cards: If the card not use for more than 60 days the card will be closed and there is $9 reactivation fees We may change, add, delete, amend or replace these terms and conditions; also we may change all fees at any time but we will inform you about this change in advance.
